SnapPuzzle'a hoş geldin. Uygulamayı kullanarak aşağıdaki şartları kabul etmiş sayılırsın. Lütfen dikkatlice oku.
1. Hizmet Tanımı
SnapPuzzle, kullanıcıların kendi fotoğraflarından dijital puzzle oluşturup oynayabildiği bir mobil ve web uygulamasıdır. Uygulama 12worlds24 tarafından geliştirilmektedir.
2. Hesap Oluşturma ve Kullanıcı Yükümlülükleri
- Hesap oluşturmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısın.
- Doğru ve güncel bilgilerle kayıt olmayı kabul edersin.
- Hesap güvenliğinden (şifre, oturum) sen sorumlusun.
- Bir başkasının kimliğine bürünemezsin.
3. İçerik ve Telif Hakkı
SnapPuzzle'a yüklediğin tüm görsellerin
- sana ait olduğunu, veya
- paylaşma iznine sahip olduğunu
garanti edersin. Telif hakkı ihlalinden doğan tüm sorumluluk yükleyen kullanıcıya aittir.
4. Yasaklı İçerik
Aşağıdaki içerikleri yüklemek veya paylaşmak yasaktır:
- Cinsel içerikli (NSFW) görseller
- Şiddet, nefret söylemi veya taciz içeren materyaller
- Telif hakkı ihlali olan içerikler
- Başka kişilerin izinsiz fotoğrafları
- Yasadışı, müstehcen veya zararlı içerikler
İhlal tespitinde içerik silinir, hesap askıya alınabilir veya kapatılabilir.
4.1 Topluluk Moderasyonu (UGC)
SnapPuzzle'da kullanıcılar tarafından oluşturulan içerikler (UGC) için aşağıdaki moderasyon araçları sunulur:
- Şikayet: Her herkese açık puzzle'ın detay sayfasında "Şikayet Et" linki ile uygunsuz bulduğun içerikleri bildirebilirsin (kategori: uygunsuz / spam / telif / diğer).
- Engelleme: Diğer kullanıcıların profil sayfasından "Kullanıcıyı Engelle" ile o kullanıcının tüm içeriklerini Keşfet'ten anında gizleyebilirsin. Engelleme tek taraflı çalışır ve istediğin zaman kaldırılabilir.
- Kullanım Şartları onayı: Topluluk içeriğini ilk görüntülemeden önce bu şartları okuyup kabul ettiğini doğrulaman istenir.
Şikayetleri 24 saat içinde inceleyip, ihlal tespit edersek içeriği kaldırır ve gerekirse hesabı askıya alırız. Kasıtlı veya tekrarlanan ihlallerde hesap kalıcı olarak kapatılabilir.
5. İçerik Lisansı
Yüklediğin görsellerin telif hakları sende kalır. SnapPuzzle bu görselleri yalnızca senin kullanımın için işler ve depolar. İçeriğini başka amaçlarla (reklam, pazarlama, üçüncü taraflara satış vb.) kullanmaz. Bir puzzle'ı "Herkese Açık" olarak işaretlersen, sadece o puzzle diğer kullanıcılar tarafından oynanabilir hale gelir; bu işaret istediğin zaman geri alınabilir veya puzzle silinebilir.
6. Premium Abonelik
SnapPuzzle Premium aboneliği RevenueCat üzerinden işlenir.
- Abonelik otomatik olarak yenilenir; istediğin zaman App Store / Google Play hesabından iptal edebilirsin.
- İade ve para iadesi kuralları platforma (Apple / Google) tabidir.
- Premium özelliklerde değişiklik olabilir; mevcut aboneler için makul bir geçiş süresi sağlanır.
7. Reklamlar
Ücretsiz kullanıcılar mobil uygulamada Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam görebilir. Premium aboneler reklamsız deneyim alır. Web sürümünde şu an reklam gösterilmemektedir.
8. Hesap Silme ve Sonlandırma
Hesabını istediğin zaman uygulama içinden silebilirsin. Hesap silindiğinde kişisel verilerin ve yüklediğin tüm görseller kalıcı olarak silinir. SnapPuzzle, bu şartları ihlal eden hesapları önceden bildirimde bulunarak veya bulunmaksızın askıya alma ya da kapatma hakkını saklı tutar.
9. Sorumluluk Reddi
SnapPuzzle "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Hizmetin kesintisiz, hatasız veya her cihazda sorunsuz çalışacağı garanti edilmez. Veri kaybı, kesinti veya yanlış sonuçlardan doğabilecek dolaylı zararlardan SnapPuzzle sorumlu tutulamaz. Yüklediğin içeriklerden ve diğer kullanıcılarla etkileşimlerinden doğan sorunlardan kullanıcı sorumludur.
10. Şartlarda Değişiklik
Bu kullanım şartları zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içinde bildirim gösterilir. Güncel şartların yürürlük tarihi her zaman en üstte belirtilir. Şartların güncel halini kabul etmiyorsan hesabını silebilir, hizmeti kullanmayı durdurabilirsin.

Welcome to SnapPuzzle. By using the app, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully.
1. Service Description
SnapPuzzle is a mobile and web application that lets users create and play digital puzzles from their own photos. The app is developed by 12worlds24.
2. Account Creation and User Responsibilities
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You agree to register with accurate and up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for the security of your account (password, session).
- You may not impersonate another person.
3. Content and Copyright
You guarantee that all images you upload to SnapPuzzle
- belong to you, or
- you have permission to share them
All responsibility arising from copyright infringement belongs to the uploading user.
4. Forbidden Content
Uploading or sharing the following content is prohibited:
- Sexually explicit (NSFW) images
- Materials containing violence, hate speech, or harassment
- Copyright-infringing content
- Photos of other people without permission
- Illegal, obscene, or harmful content
Upon detection, content is removed and the account may be suspended or terminated.
4.1 Community Moderation (UGC)
The following moderation tools are available for user-generated content (UGC) on SnapPuzzle:
- Report: On every public puzzle's detail page, the "Report" link lets you flag content you find inappropriate (categories: inappropriate / spam / copyright / other).
- Block: From other users' profile pages, "Block User" instantly hides all of that user's content from your Discover feed. Blocking is one-sided and can be removed anytime.
- Terms agreement: Before viewing community content for the first time, you are asked to confirm you've read and accepted these terms.
We review reports within 24 hours. If we detect a violation, we remove the content and may suspend the account. Intentional or repeated violations may result in permanent account termination.
5. Content License
Copyrights to images you upload remain yours. SnapPuzzle processes and stores these images solely for your use. We do not use your content for other purposes (advertising, marketing, sale to third parties, etc.). If you mark a puzzle as "Public", only that puzzle becomes playable by other users; this can be reverted or the puzzle deleted at any time.
6. Premium Subscription
SnapPuzzle Premium subscriptions are processed through RevenueCat.
- Subscriptions auto-renew; you can cancel anytime via your App Store / Google Play account.
- Refund and reimbursement rules are subject to the platform (Apple / Google).
- Premium features may change; existing subscribers will be given a reasonable transition period.
7. Advertising
Free users may see ads via Google AdMob in the mobile app. Premium subscribers get an ad-free experience. The web version currently does not show ads.
8. Account Deletion and Termination
You can delete your account anytime from within the app. When deleted, your personal data and all uploaded images are permanently removed. SnapPuzzle reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice.
9. Disclaimer
SnapPuzzle is provided "as is". The service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or to work flawlessly on every device. SnapPuzzle is not liable for indirect damages arising from data loss, downtime, or incorrect results. Users are responsible for issues arising from content they upload and interactions with other users.
10. Changes to Terms
These terms of service may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via in-app notification. The effective date of the current terms is always shown at the top. If you do not agree to updated terms, you may delete your account and stop using the service.
