1. Toplanan Veriler
SnapPuzzle uygulaması aşağıdaki verileri toplar:
- E-posta adresi (hesap oluşturma ve giriş için)
- Profil bilgileri (kullanıcı adı, avatar)
- Yüklenen fotoğraflar (puzzle oluşturmak için)
- Oyun verileri (skor, süre, hamle sayısı)
- Cihaz bilgileri (işletim sistemi, uygulama sürümü)
2. Verilerin Kullanımı
Toplanan veriler aşağıdaki amaçlarla kullanılır:
- Hesap yönetimi ve kimlik doğrulama
- Puzzle oluşturma ve kaydetme
- Sıralama tablosu ve sosyal özellikler
- Uygulama performansı ve hata takibi
- Reklam gösterimi (ücretsiz kullanıcılar için)
3. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmet Sağlayıcıları
SnapPuzzle aşağıdaki kategorilerde hizmet sağlayıcıları kullanır:
- Bulut altyapı ve veritabanı
- Kimlik doğrulama ve hesap yönetimi
- Abonelik ve ödeme işleme
- Reklam ağları (yalnızca ücretsiz kullanıcılar, mobilde)
- Hata izleme ve performans analizi
Her sağlayıcının kendi gizlilik politikası geçerlidir. Güncel liste için info@snappuzzle.app adresinden talep edebilirsiniz.
4. Çerezler ve İzleme (KVKK / GDPR)
Web sürümünde SnapPuzzle iki kategori çerez/izleme aracı kullanır:
- Zorunlu çerezler: Oturum yönetimi ve kimlik doğrulama için gereklidir. Onay gerekmez.
- İsteğe bağlı çerezler: Hata izleme (Sentry) ve kullanım analitiği (PostHog). Bunlar ilk ziyarette gösterilen çerez bildirim bandından onayınıza bağlıdır. Reddederseniz tamamen devre dışı kalır.
KVKK ve GDPR kapsamındaki haklarınıza göre onayınızı istediğiniz zaman geri çekebilirsiniz.
5. Veri Saklama
Verileriniz hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde tüm kişisel verileriniz ve yüklediğiniz görseller kalıcı olarak silinir.
6. Veri Güvenliği
Tüm veri iletimi HTTPS/TLS ile şifrelenir. Kullanıcı fotoğrafları özel (private) depolama alanında saklanır ve yalnızca sahipleri tarafından erişilebilir.
7. Çocukların Gizliliği
SnapPuzzle 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir. Bilerek 13 yaş altındaki kullanıcılardan veri toplamayız.

The SnapPuzzle app collects the following data:

- Uploaded photos (to create puzzles)
- Game data (score, duration, move count)
- Device information (operating system, app version)
2. Data Use
Collected data is used for the following purposes:
- Account management and authentication
- Creating and saving puzzles
- Leaderboard and social features
- App performance and error tracking
- Ad serving (for free users)
3. Third-Party Service Providers
SnapPuzzle uses service providers in the following categories:
- Cloud infrastructure and database
- Authentication and account management
- Subscription and payment processing
- Ad networks (free users only, mobile)

4. Cookies and Tracking (KVKK / GDPR)
On the web, SnapPuzzle uses two categories of cookies / tracking tools:
- Essential cookies: Required for session management and authentication. No consent required.
- Optional cookies: Error tracking (Sentry) and usage analytics (PostHog). These depend on your consent shown via the cookie banner on first visit. If you decline, they are fully disabled.
Under your KVKK and GDPR rights, you may withdraw consent at any time.
5. Data Retention
Your data is stored as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your personal data and uploaded images are permanently removed.
6. Data Security
All data transmission is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. User photos are stored in private storage and accessible only by their owners.
7. Children's Privacy
SnapPuzzle is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13.
